Mr Syed leads Adellatis from the UK. After his LLB he completed his LLM at SOAS, University of London, and brings multiple years of experience as a civil servant within HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) — seeing from the inside how legal work moves through the courts, and what clients are actually charged for it.
At Adellatis he leads client work, UK operations and quality review. Every deliverable crosses his desk before it reaches a client: checked against the instructions, the agreed scope, and current law of England and Wales.

Adeen Ahmed Siddiqi

Mr Adeen took his engineering degree (B.Eng) at UCL before turning to law in Pakistan, where he practises as an Advocate of the High Court. He served as a judicial law clerk at the Islamabad High Court, and his practice spans corporate, tax and commercial litigation — including cross-border matters for businesses and individuals with UK connections.
At Adellatis he leads the legal team and delivery. Research-heavy and transactional work runs through his practice: structured, authority-checked, and drafted to be used — not just read.
Why two jurisdictions
A deliberate structure
Our founders were educated at UCL and SOAS, University of London. One leads from the UK, close to clients and firms; one leads an international legal team. That is what lets Adellatis deliver UK-standard work at consultancy rates — every matter reviewed by our UK-based director, without a Chancery Lane cost base. It is also why we are candid about scope: we only take the unreserved work we can do excellently.
